ENDANGERED SPECIES HABITAT SURVEY
Endangered species are those which are in danger of
extinction through all or a significant portion of their range.  Restoring these endangered
creatures to the point where they are again viable, self-sustaining members
of their ecosystems is GEO's main goal for conducting a habitat survey. By
now, over 550 native mammals, birds, reptiles, crustaceans, and plants are officially
protected under the Endangered Species Act. GEO Environmental Consultants,
Inc., assists clients in identifying endangered species habitats and their
population colonies; and enacting to draft recovery plans for endangered
species habitat protection through management techniques, captive breeding,
and reintroduction of the species.
